RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For online orders, you may request an exchange or return of your Jullia Bridal debutante dress. Please notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, the dress must be returned with full tracking and delivered to our Deer Park showroom within 7 days.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Each dress is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
