ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR DEBUTANTE DRESSES
1. Purchasing Your Dress
At Jullia Bridal, we offer two purchasing options:
1.1 Made-to-Order Dresses

Made-to-order dresses are crafted based on our existing designs and standard sizes.

Our size guide is designed to help you select the most flattering fit. Please note that debutante dress sizing may differ from standard clothing sizes.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the selected production service (standard, priority, or express). Estimated delivery dates will be provided, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed. We aim to deliver by the agreed due date.

Detailed photos and videos of the dress will be provided prior to dispatch, allowing you to confirm its condition.
Refunds for Made-to-Order Dresses:
We offer full refunds in the following situations:

The dress arrives in the wrong size. You may choose an express replacement or have the cost of alterations covered. If you decline, a full refund will be provided.

The dress arrives too late for your event. You may choose a display dress from our showroom or receive a full refund.

A material change is required due to low stock. We will discuss changes with you first. If you do not agree, a full refund will be given.
1.2 Off-the-Rack (Display) Dresses

Available for immediate purchase in-store at 111 Radnor Drive, Deer Park, or shipped online.

Priced at 20%–80% off the recommended retail price (RRP).

Confirm size and condition with our team before purchase, as minor marks from customer try-on may be present.

Photos and videos will be provided for online purchases to confirm conditions.

Exchanges may be considered within 24 hours of receiving the dress, subject to availability.
Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached.

Jullia Bridal may refuse repair, replacement, or refund if the issue is not reported within 24 hours of receipt, or if the item is not returned to our showroom within 7 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Dress Rental

Display dresses are available for rental in current condition. Any marks from try-ons will be cleaned prior to rental.

Rental Terms:

No alterations permitted.
-
$200 security bond required, refundable upon return and condition assessment.

Strictly no fake tan permitted while wearing the dress.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the dress prior to collection. Photos and videos will be provided for online rentals.

Exchanges may be considered within 24 hours of receiving the dress, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Quality Assurance

All online orders include photos and videos prior to dispatch for your approval.

Items excluded from returns or exchanges:
-
Sale items or discounted items due to imperfections/discontinuation.

Items worn to events or for commercial use.
-
Altered items, including modifications to train or cup.
-
Items with pin marks, damage, sweat marks, tan, makeup, or any wear preventing resale.
-
Silky or delicate materials with marks or imperfections.
-
Shipping fees and rush order fees are non-refundable.
Reporting Faults:

Contact us in writing within 1 business day with photos and a description of any manufacturing fault.

Faults caused by normal wear, delivery damage, or customer actions are not covered.

As guided by the ACCC, free repair or replacement may be offered. Minor faults may be repaired at our discretion.

Hand-beaded embellishments, slight fabric inconsistencies, or minor bead issues are not considered faults.

If a fault is confirmed, Jullia Bridal will replace or repair and reimburse return postage in AUD with receipt.
4. Online Orders

By checking out online, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Special terms may apply and will be emailed; keep these for your records.

If an item is sold out, we will offer a substitute, credit note, or full refund.
Priority and Express Orders:

Rush orders receive top priority in processing and shipping.
-
Unexpected delays may occur; we will communicate promptly and provide alternative solutions if needed.
