Never in my life have I walked into a bridal store, nor have I ever tried on a wedding dress !! Today I walked into Jullia Bridal in doubt that I would find anything ! You’ve made the experience of dress shopping so warm and welcoming, this was the first shop that I walked into and to my surprise we were able to find the dress of my dreams. You knew exactly what I was after and even though I went in late April you managed to customise my two dresses as well as two flower girl dresses for me. Jullia was on top of things and updated me with the process of the dresses, ensuring they arrived on time. Not only was this a magical and memorable moment for me, but it was for my flower girls too. Great customer service and staff were absolutely lovely thank you for such a great service!!!

I bought my wedding dress from Jullia bridal. She was so friendly and helpful. She took her time patiently to help me try on dresses and gave great recommendations to what goes nice with the dress. She gave me several dresses options to try on, but my second one was ‘The One’. I absolutely fell in love with my dress.

I contacted Julia at 10.30 to ask if I could come in to browse but not try any dresses on as this was my first store, I had a 3 month old baby and wanted to lose some more weight before committing to anything. I was encouraged to come down and did so at 11.30. By 12.30 I walked out with my perfect gown! Julia was so friendly and accommodating without any aggressive sales pushes. She asked for my budget and style and didn’t once ask me to look at higher priced items, hence we had no uncomfortable moments. Thank goodness! She allowed me to try on the same dresses repeatedly until I was certain I loved my chosen dress. She didn’t hover around me to listen to my conversations with my mum, she gave me all the time and space in the world that I needed to come to a decision. She absolutely respects her customers. The gowns in the showroom were simply stunning, unique, affordable and high quality. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dress!! Thank you Julia for a wonderful experience.

They were great to deal with. Patient, understanding and very good at what they do. I felt very comfortable changing into all the different gowns to make sure I had the one that best suited me for my wedding day and I can definitely say I have my dress at a much cheaper price then what I would have paid if I went elsewhere.
