Gowns may be purchased as either:
Made-to-order: to an existing design. We understand that no bride will fit seamlessly into one shape or size, but standard size guidelines can be useful in understanding your proportions and body shape while helping you to confidently select silhouettes that play up your most flattering features. Gowns are ordered in standard sizes. Please be aware that gown sizes are different to that of high street sizes.
Regrettably, Jullia bridal cannot provide an exact delivery date for gowns, but customers can expect their First fitting to be normally carried out approximately 2 months to maximum 6 months from the day placed the order.
Payment for your gown may be made in instalments:
30% to hold the material (Max 3 Months)
20% need to pay on the day you come back for your measurement to determine your gown size
Or a full 50% deposit of the gown price is required to secure your order. The balance must be fully paid by the finalÂ

Consultations and fittings
Consultations and fittings are 60 minutes in length.Â
Our boutique is by appointments only because we want to take care of every single customer visiting our shop and we want you to feel special when picking your dream gown. We don’t want to have the boutique too crowded by many people browsing . We try to build and maintain meetings with your preferred and/or the most appropriate team member, to make the creation of your gown a smooth experience. Please come to your fittings with your bridal underwear and shoes. We need to have correct foundations and an accurate measure of height to design accurately. We suggest no makeup or tanning creams as this may stain your dress before the wedding.
Garment Care
Only use professional dry cleaners specializing in bridal gowns. Some garments are made of various materials, each of which requires different requirements for care. Please use bridal professional dry cleaners only.
Colour matching and material matching
Jullia bridal is not able to guarantee the colour matching of individual bridesmaids unless the order for all garments is placed all on the same order date.
Colour matching is more difficult when garments are ordered at different dates there will be a better chance that all the garments will match if cut from the same fabric roll.
Jullia Bridal is unable to guarantee fabric swatch matches with in store garments due to fabric changes but we will contact you in advance if there is any difference.
Swatches should be regarded as indication only.
This applies to all fabrics, laces, beading, and any other trimmings or embellishments.
Liability
We will take your measurements at the time of order. We cannot be responsible should your body measurements fluctuate after the initial measurements are taken. Whilst every effort will be made to adjust the garment, NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE FOR PERFECT FIT. We will not be responsible if our suppliers do not deliver fabric / materials on time. Every effort will be made to supply a suitable replacement in this unlikely event.
Made to order gowns and dresses may vary slightly from the original sample in colour and/or shading due to the variations in dye lots, and availability of material.
A garment left on our premises in storage after completion of sale is left at the customer’s own risk.
Garments must be collected within a maximum of 2 months from the date of their final fitting. Â If customers do not collect their goods within 2 months from their final fitting then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will not be refunded.
Gowns will be put into the shop’s stock to be re-sold.Â
Deposits are forfeited if orders are not collected. We do not take any responsibility for a garment once it has left our possession.
Terms and conditions may be changed without notice.Â
