PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH OUR PROPS TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
- Full payment including bond of props rental at our discretion is required prior to hire. The bond will be refunded upon the safe returns (Props need to be in the same condition as when you receive the goods) and after inspection of the props.
- All props are to be pick-up and returned to Jullia bridal at 111 Radnor Drive, Deer Park, VIC 3023, Australia
- Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, props are for indoor use only. props are supplied for display purposes only.
- All packaging used for the safe delivery of the props, must be used to transport props back to us safely. Missing packaging will be charged for. See below for a price list of additional charges.
- Props are hired to the hirer only. No transfer must take place without permission from the Jullia Bridal, either done for reward or as a favor. Both request and permission must be confirmed in writing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The following charges are to be used as a guide only. Each situation is treated individually.Â
FULL PAYMENT including bond to lock in your rental. The correct amount will be advised.
EXTENDED HIRE CHARGES Â $10 per day.
MISSING PACKAGING (Plastic cover) $10.
LOSS OF ITEM Â 100% of the rental price including bond.
DAMAGES Â This will be deducted from the bond accounting the damage.Â
FAILED RETURNED ÂOF STATED DATE without notifying us will be charged at $20 per day.Â
CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation of your order (once invoiced) within 24 hours of pick-up date. You will be charged 100% rental price.More than 24 hours of pick-up date. You will be charged only 50% of the rental price Full Bond is refundable
