SHIPPING & TIMEFRAME

Mannequin rentals are available within Victoria. Pick-up and return at our Deer Park showroom are free. If you require delivery or pick-up service, an additional fee applies to the rental and bond.

We use Fusion Freight Group for same-day, affordable delivery. They have a 4-hour cut-off window, with a daily cut-off at 1 pm.

For delivery at a specific time, we can arrange Uber, which is slightly more expensive than Fusion Freight. The cost will be provided once your delivery option and location are confirmed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the pick-up date, 50% of the rental fee will be charged.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the pick-up date, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.

If no notice is given and the mannequin is not collected, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.

The full bond is refundable.
