2. Medium Cleaning (Noticeable Dirt & Marks)

Best for: Dresses with visible wear after a full day event

• Dirt along hemline and train
• Light to moderate stains (food, drink, grass)
• Slight discoloration in certain areas

3. Heavy Cleaning (Heavily Soiled / Complex Stains)

Best for: Dresses in poor condition requiring intensive treatment

• Heavy dirt, mud, or large stained areas
• Deep stains (wine, oil, makeup, fake tan)
• Multiple layers affected or strong discoloration

All orders with the Standard shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days.

Our warehouse is a Tuesday to Saturday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

Please note delivery times are additional to these processing times, and vary from region to region. From the day your order gets shipped, it will take 3 to 7 business days to receive.
