How do I get an appointment at your bridal shop in Melbourne?
We wish to make it a fulfilling experience for all our clients and are always here to assist you. Our user-friendly booking platform simplifies the process, and you can conveniently book an appointment. Choose a date and time that works for you, and we will offer undivided attention so that you can find the gown of your dreams at our bridal store in Melbourne.
What are the sizes available at Jullia Bridal?
We wish to cater to every requirement and have sizes ranging from 4 to 26.
How can I get the most accurate sizing?
To ensure that our customers at Jullia Bridal get the most accurate sizing measurements, please refer to the sizing chart displayed for each dress (in the description box) as different designs will have different sizing charts. There will also be some variations between zip-up dresses and lace-up dresses.
Do you offer in-house alteration?
No, We offer some basic simple alterations only. For complicated alterations we have our preferred which we refer our customer to. Our recommendation is Kim’s Clothing alteration, located at 123 Rosamond Rd, Maidstone Vic 3012.
Can I buy a gown online?
Except for wedding gowns, which you need to attend the appointment and purchase at the store , everything else you can purchase online
What is the price range for renting?
Wedding gowns: from $800 to $2500
Debutante dresses: from $650 to $850
Are all your dresses for hire and how much is the bond?
At our store, we also provide RENTING SERVICE, which means you allow hiring/renting the gown/s at affordable prices. This service only allows customers to have their events within 3 months from the day you decide to rent. NO ALTERATION IN ANYWAY ALLOWED FOR THIS SERVICE. RENTING PRICE included dry cleaning service, which means you don’t have to worry about dry cleaning the gown after the day. However, there will be a refundable BOND ( $200 for each debutante gown, $400 for each wedding gown). BOND will be fully refunded if the dress is returned in good condition.
Can I complete my bridal look in one visit/appointment?
Yes. We have stunning gowns in different sizes and even bridal jewellery, hair accessories, robes and more to complete your special day look.
Do you offer the option of made-to-measure gowns?
We can design custom-made gowns to enable you to look and feel your best. The choices are endless, and you can submit accurate measurements for the perfect made-to-measure wedding dress.
When can I schedule the first fitting?
When your dress is ready, our team will contact you to schedule the first fitting.
What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
For weddings: We have 4 different types of price ranges in our store :
1. Clearance gowns: started from $199 to $1999
2. Affordable range: started from $ 2000 to $2999
3. Popular range: Started from $3000 to $4999
4. Luxury range: Started from $5000 to $9999
For Debutante, we have 3 different types of price ranges in our store :
1. Clearance gowns: started from $99 to $899
2. Affordable range: Started from $900 to $1399
3. Luxury range: Started from $1400 to $1799
Do you offer express delivery?
For everything purchased online and ready to ship , it can be shipped by express within 2 business days.
For anything else needed to order in, you can do a rush order, which is an additional charge depending on the items . It can be ready in just a few weeks. Call us to find the best solution if you’re in the rush.
What size dress do you stock?
We stock dresses from 4 to 30. Smaller size and bigger size can be ordered in.
Can I purchase a dress off the rack?
Yes you can purchase a dress off the rack as what you see is what you get. When you fall in love with a dress off the rack, you don’t have to wait for those pesky 6 months of ordering. You can schedule your appointment with your seamstress right away. This makes it super helpful for any bride with a shorter engagement.
