Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking

• All bridal appointments require a booking fee to secure your reservation.
• This fee ensures you receive a dedicated fitting room and personalized consultation with one of our expert bridal stylists.
• The booking fee will be fully credited toward any purchase made during your appointment on the same booking date.
• Appointments can be scheduled online, and you will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time to receive a full refund of your booking fee.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your appointment online up to 72 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost.
• If you need to reschedule within 72 hours, please contact us directly. We allow rescheduling up to 1 hour before your appointment without losing your booking fee.
• Your booking fee cannot be transferred to another date if you fail to attend or do not reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
• To ensure fairness, we ask that all brides communicate any changes as early as possible to allow other brides the opportunity to book.

5. Late Arrival Policy

• We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter appointment time to accommodate other scheduled brides.

6. Additional Guests & Special Requests

• You are welcome to bring trusted guests to your appointment to support you in finding your dream dress.
• If you have any special requests, such as accessibility needs, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
