For online orders you may exchange or return your Jullia Bridal Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories notify us at [email protected] of the fault or issue within 48 hours of receiving the item, and return the item upon request to our Deer Park showroom within 7 days. Please ensure your unworn item is carefully packaged in its original packaging (as Jullia Bridal cannot accept responsibility for Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories damaged in transit) and addressed to:

If you believe that your Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories is faulty, or is not correct to your order, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Exceptions
We encourage our customers to choose carefully or speak to our Live Chat member should you have any questions pre-purchase as in some cases exchange or return may not be offered if you:
- substantially modify the product;
- misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or
- simply change your mind.
Damage from careless wear or storage is not the responsibility of Jullia Bridal.
Certain products are usually excluded under our Returns & Exchange Policy unless they are faulty, these may include:
- Earrings
- Bodysuit
- Bridal Mask
- Sale/Clearance – Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Pick Up In Store
For online orders to be pick up in store, you must collect your Pick Up Order within 14 days after receipt of the ready for collection notification. If you fail to collect your Pick Up Order within this period, we will cancel the Pick Up Order and any monies paid will not be refunded.
In the event you are unable to collect your Pick Up Order, you may email [email protected] (using the email address used to place your Order) to provide your written authority for a nominee to collect your Pick Up Order from Jullia bridal.
Gift With Purchase Or Bundle Offer
All gifts with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gift with Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded. Gift With Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus or it is not in a saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus (in full or in part)
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Promotional Codes
We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through our Website.
The conditions of use relating to any promotional code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all Jullia Bridal promotions, competitions and promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).
- Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- An individual promotional code can only be used once per order.
- Promotional codes will not be resupplied if lost or stolen.
- The value of a promotional code will not be refunded if purchased items are returned.
- A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.
Cost of Returns
You are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our Deer Park showroom. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our showroom. Please ensure to take note of any return post tracking numbers as a reference.
Return With Afterpay
- When you use our pay over time service Afterpay you have the option to return one or all of your items for a full refund.
- If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due you have the option to cancel the entire payment plan which means you pay nothing. This allows you to try before you buy!
- If the first payment instalment has already been made when you return the items to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan as well as refund the initial payment you have made.
- If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine! We’ll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time or check out their Refunds and Returns policy on their website
Have You Found A Fault?
Jullia Bridal carefully quality controls each and every Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories at our Deer Park showroom before it is shipped to you.
For online orders, Jullia Bridal will happily accept the return of Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories for replacement or repair in the unlikely case of minor faults, or if the item is not correct to the size, style, and colour chosen by you at the time of ordering.
A refund will only be offered in cases of major faults, the existence of which will be determined at the discretion of our Quality Control Manager, after a thorough assessment of your item.
If you believe that your Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories contains a fault, or is not what you ordered:
- Please contact us at [email protected] with your invoice number, photos and a detailed explanation of the fault or issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- If we cannot resolve your concern via email or telephone, we may require you to return the accessory to us so our Quality Control Manager can carefully assess the item upon return.
- To be eligible for a replacement, repair or refund, all items must be returned to our Deer Park studio within 7 days of receiving the item:

- Jullia Bridal Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories are handmade, the embellishments are hand beaded and the fabrics are carefully selected. For this reason, natural flaws in the fabric and slight abnormalities in the laces, embellishments (including one or two beads loose or missing), or a slight inconsistency in the weave or colour of the fabrics will not be considered faulty by Jullia Bridal.
- If we have made a mistake, or the item is assessed as faulty by our Quality Control Manager, we will replace or repair your item and reimburse your return freight charges in AUD (only if a receipt is enclosed). Postage for your replacement item will not be charged.
- If, after inspection, the Bridesmaid dress/Flower girl dress/Robe/accessories passes our quality control checks, you will not be offered any replacement, repair or refund and we will return the accessory to you at your expense (including additional shipping, if applicable).
A few things to remember…
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, replacement or repair, all items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
- All tags must remain in place and the items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Jullia Bridal reserves the right to refuse a repair, replacement or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 48 hours of receiving the item, and/or return the item upon request to our Deer Park showroom within 7 days. This does not affect any statutory rights that may arise.
- Jullia Bridal cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of the returned goods during shipping.
