ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS – BRIDESMAID DRESSES

1. Purchasing Your Bridesmaid Dress

At Jullia Bridal, we proudly offer bridesmaid dresses from trusted Australian designers, including Tania Olsen.

Bridesmaid dresses are available as either Australian Stock (Fast Delivery) or Made-to-Order depending on the selected style, size and colour.

1.1 Australian Stock (Fast Delivery)

Many of our most popular bridesmaid dress styles, sizes and colours are stocked in Australia for faster delivery.

Estimated arrival to our showroom: Approximately 1–2 weeks (subject to stock availability).

For the fastest turnaround, we recommend selecting one of our most popular stocked colours:

• Lemon
• Pale Blue
• Wine
• Olive
• Champagne
• Blush
• Chocolate

These colours are produced in larger quantities by the designer based on customer demand, giving them the highest likelihood of immediate availability. While stock levels change daily, these colours generally provide the fastest delivery.

If your selected style, size or colour is unavailable, your order will automatically be placed as a Made-to-Order.

1.2 Made-to-Order

If your selected style, size or colour is not available from Australian stock, your dress will be specially ordered from the designer.

Estimated production time:
• Standard Order: Approximately 12–16 weeks
• Rush Order: Approximately 8–12 weeks (additional rush fee applies)

Please provide your wedding date when ordering so we can recommend the most suitable ordering option.

All lead times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Customisations

As every Made-to-Order dress is specially produced, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Once an order has been submitted to the designer:
• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Sizes, colours and styles cannot be changed.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Bridesmaid dresses are supplied in the designer's standard styles and colours. Custom design alterations are not available.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order bridesmaid dresses cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size selected, colour preference, postponed or cancelled events.

Please carefully review your measurements, colour selection and size before placing your order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Manufacturing Faults & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you believe your dress has a manufacturing fault or you have received the incorrect item, notify Jullia Bridal in writing within 24 hours, including photographs.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:
• Minor dye lot variations
• Small bead or sequin variations
• Minor measurement tolerances
• Natural fabric characteristics

5. Quality Assurance

Every dress is inspected before dispatch.

Returned items (where approved) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags attached.

Shipping charges and rush order fees are non-refundable.

6. Sold Out Styles

If your selected style becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. No substitute will be supplied without your approval.

Where a suitable alternative cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.

7. Bridal Party Orders

To achieve the closest possible colour match, we strongly recommend ordering all bridesmaid dresses for your bridal party at the same time.

Orders placed separately may be produced from different dye lots, which can result in slight colour variations between dresses.

8. Sizing

Bridesmaid dresses are made according to the designer's size chart, which differs from standard Australian fashion sizing.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before ordering. Alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit and are not included in the purchase price.

9. Online Orders

By placing an online order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Rush Orders receive production priority but completion dates cannot be guaranteed due to manufacturing, freight or other circumstances beyond our control.
