Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a refund or exchange. Please review our policy below. Note that this policy applies to ONLINE purchases only.
The following Returns Policy is drafted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law which is overseen by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission in Australia
Should you need to request a return or exchange, please notify us in writing no later than 2 business days of receiving your order due to how fast stock our changes and sizes selling out fast
Jullia Bridal will offer fully refund only on any full price items that meet the following conditions
- The dress you ordered came in the wrong size. If the time is still allowed, we are happy to place an express order for a new dress for you or happy to cover the cost of alterations on the exciting dress.
- It arrives a lot later than expected and is too close to your event. Please refer to our agreement after you place your order. This case you can choose either to get something off the rack in our showroom or fully refund to go elsewhere for your purchase
- Jullia Bridal has to change to different material for your dress due to low stock in production after you placed your order. And you don’t agree with the changes.
Jullia Bridal will offer an exchange request only on any full price items that meet the following conditions
- You bought one of our display /sample gown and it doesnt fit you when you try it on at home.
- Restocking fees of 20% of the item price may apply
- Australian customers must deliver the approved item back to us no later than 7 business days with full tracking
- Return shipping is covered by the customer with full tracking
- Items will need to be inspected prior to any return being approved
- To be eligible for exchange, return, replacement, or repair, all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- Jullia Bridal reserves the right to refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 48 hours of receipt, or if you do not return the item to our Deer Park showroom within 7 days. This does not affect any statutory rights.
- Jullia Bridal cannot accept liability for loss or damage to returned goods during shipping.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- Sale items, including those marked down due to imperfections or discontinued styles, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that have been worn to an event or used for commercial purposes are not returnable.
- Any items that have been altered in any way, such as train or cup modifications, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items returned with pin marks, damage, pulls, sweat marks, tan, makeup or any visible signs of wear or damage that prevent them from being resold at the full sale price will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Silky or delicate materials that exhibit any marks or imperfections will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Rush fees, which are paid for expediting orders, are non-refundable.
HAVE YOU FOUND A FAULT?
- Jullia Bridal team conducts a thorough inspection of all goods during various stages of quality control, and another inspection before they are shipped to customers.
- While we stand behind the quality of our products, if you encounter a manufacturing fault, please contact us in writing within 2 business days of receiving your delivery to expedite a resolution.
- When reporting a fault, please ensure you provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Items that become damaged during delivery by the customer are not considered faulty.
- As guided by the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission), a customer must accept a free repair or replacement if offered one.
- A fault is considered minor if it can be simply repaired.
- Jullia Bridal will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage results from normal wear and tear or other reasons, and will offer replacement, refund, or repair at our discretion.
- Jullia Bridal’s Debutante dresses with hand-beaded embellishments and carefully selected fabrics. Natural flaws in the fabric and slight abnormalities in lace, embellishments (including one or two loose or missing beads), or slight inconsistencies in fabric weave or color are not considered faulty.
- If we have made a mistake or the item is deemed faulty by our Quality Control Manager, we will replace or repair it and reimburse return freight charges in AUD (with receipt). Postage for the replacement item will not be charged.
- If the item passes quality control checks, no replacement, repair, or refund will be offered, and the item will be returned to you at your expense (including additional shipping, if applicable).
ONLINE ORDERS
- If you checkout and pay for your order via our website, you agree to our full terms and conditions at the time of purchase and payment.
- Some orders may have special terms and conditions, and a copy will be issued to you via email. Please ensure you keep these documents for your records.
- In the event any item on your order is sold out or no longer available at the time of ordering or after the order is placed, we will contact you and make arrangements for a substitute item to be selected, or a credit note or refund will be offered.
RUSH ORDERS
- If your event is approaching quickly or for a special occasion, please contact us to inquire about a Rush Fee.
- Rush Orders receive top priority, moving to the front of the processing and shipping queue.
- Rush Orders may also be dispatched earlier than originally anticipated due to the fee paid or changes in inventory and production schedules.
- We closely monitor all Rush Orders, giving precedence to those with imminent events.
- While rare, unexpected delays outside our control may occur.
- In the event of any delay, we will promptly reach out to discuss alternative solutions.

PICK UP IN STORE
For online orders that are picked up in store, you must collect your order within 14 days of receiving the collection notification. If you fail to collect within this period, the order will be canceled, and any monies paid will not be refunded.
If you cannot collect your order, you may email [email protected] (using the email address used to place your order) to authorize a nominee to collect your order from Jullia Bridal.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR BUNDLE OFFER
All gifts with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gifts with purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at the time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus or if it is not in a saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus (in full or in part).
For bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned, or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes applicable to specific purchases made through our website. Conditions of use will be specified at the time of issue. These T&Cs apply to all Jullia Bridal promotions, competitions, and promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).
- Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- An individual promotional code can only be used once per order.
- Promotional codes will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
- The value of a promotional code will not be refunded if purchased items are returned.
- A promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
RETURN WITH AFTERPAY
When using our pay-over-time service Afterpay, you have the option to return one or all items for a full refund. If you return items before your first Afterpay payment is due, you can cancel the entire payment plan, which means you pay nothing. This allows you to try before you buy!
If the first payment installment has already been made, we can cancel the rest of your payment plan and refund the initial payment. If you purchase multiple items but only wish to return some, we will remove the returned items from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original installments will remain the same, and your final payment(s) will be adjusted based on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule or check their Refunds and Returns policy on their website.
Jullia Bridal carefully quality controls each Debutante dress, Bridesmaid dress, Flower girl dress, Robe, and accessory before shipment.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your invoice number, photos, and a detailed explanation of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- If we cannot resolve the issue via email or telephone, we may require you to return the item(s) for assessment.
- To be eligible for replacement, repair, or refund, all items must be returned to our Deer Park studio within 7 days of receipt.
